Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR back to the payment method used for your original deposit. 888gl operates a same-source withdrawal policy — funds will be returned to the account or wallet from which the deposit was made wherever technically possible.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, 888gl may require identity and payment verification. This typically involves confirming your CNIC details and verifying ownership of the payment account. Providing false documents is a criminal matter and will result in immediate account termination and referral where appropriate.

• Withdrawals of real-money balances are processed after wagering requirements (where applicable) have been met.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from qualifying bets made with bonus funds are eligible, subject to bonus terms.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount must be bet before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Time limits: Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of issue. Any unused bonus balance or unmet wagering requirements that remain after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

• Bets are only confirmed once accepted by the system and a bet reference number is issued. Quotes displayed in the bet slip are not guaranteed until acceptance is confirmed.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, odds that are clearly inconsistent with the true market — 888gl reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Connection issues on your end do not constitute grounds for a bet to be voided.
